中国ビジネスセミナーは、２００６年から２０１０年頃まで中国、日本全国で毎週のように行っていました。約３５００社の方が全国から参加いただきました。すべて小谷自身のインターネットブログなどから集客したお客様になります。

国際情勢研究家として国際的な出来事について研究を行っております。現在、小谷総研というシンクタンクを立ち上げ、国際情勢について、特に中国との関係ということで、中国ビジネス、中国貿易分野について研究を行っています。中国は、一帯一路による新デジタル貿易、デジタル経済圏を形成しようとしています。そのようなことが日本の及ぼす影響を研究しています。また、世界情勢としては、国際貿易を行うには、最も重要なことである国際決済通貨の仕組みが大きく変わろうとしているために、通貨システムの歴史やこれからの将来に起こりうる未来感などマネタリーシステムについても研究しています。
As a researcher of international affairs, I conduct research on international events. Currently, I have established a think tank, Kotani Research Institute, and conduct research on international affairs, especially in the field of China business and trade. China is trying to form a new digital trade and digital economic zone through the "One Belt, One Road" initiative. I am researching the impact of such a situation on Japan. In addition, as for the world situation, the structure of international settlement currency, which is the most important thing to conduct international trade, is about to change drastically, so I am researching the monetary system, including the history of the monetary system and a sense of the possible future.

2012年に突如海外生活から帰国を決め、国政選挙に出馬いたしました。その理由は、日本の未来を考えたときに、国際貿易の専門家であり、特に隣国中国について詳しい人物が日本と中国の橋渡しをする政治をする必要が重要だと思い政治に訴えようと衆議院選挙に出馬しましたが、無名の新人候補であり、同時に落下傘候補のために、結果は、落選に終わりました。政治の世界で活躍することなないかもしれませんが、国際情勢研究家として研究を重ね、その結果をブログなどで報告をしています。

In 2012, I suddenly decided to return to Japan after living abroad and ran for national office. I ran for the House of Representatives election because I thought it was important for Japan's future to have someone who is an expert on international trade, especially with respect to our neighbor China, to serve as a political bridge between Japan and China. However, he was an unknown rookie candidate and a parachute candidate, so he was unsuccessful in his bid. Although I may never be active in the world of politics, I continue my research as a researcher of international affairs and report the results on my blog and other media.

2022年、スリランカの文部省職業訓練庁の特命全権大使としての地位を頂きました。スリランカは、親日国として知られています。スリランカは、第二次世界大戦後のサンフランシスコ講和条約の際に、国際会議の際に、スリランカの代表が、日本の賠償責任について放棄する演説をしてことがきっかけで、結果日本は、分割統治、賠償責任に問われることが有りまでした。そのような歴史のつながりの深い国ですが、近年、経済的危機に見舞われて非常に困難な時期に差し掛かっています。スリランカに貢献ができればということで、スリランカの人材の交流支援を行っています。

スリランカの関係機関にはスリランカの人材 送り出し機関の学校の休憩をしており 日本への人材を送り出し を紹介することは可能です。

In 2022, I received a position as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Vocational Training Agency of the Ministry of Education in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is known as a pro-Japan country. Sri Lanka is known as a pro-Japan country. At the San Francisco Peace Treaty after World War II, a representative of Sri Lanka made a speech at an international conference in which he renounced Japan's responsibility for reparations, which resulted in Japan being held responsible for the partition of the country and for reparations. Although Sri Lanka is a country with such deep historical ties, it has recently been hit by an economic crisis and is approaching a very difficult time. We are supporting the exchange of human resources in Sri Lanka in the hope of making a contribution to the country.

We have a break at the school of Sri Lanka's human resource sending agency, and we are able to introduce human resources to Japan.
