私は現在 3つの事業 を行っています。

1つは 国際金融としての業務、 そしてもう一つは中国と行っている 貿易業務 それと 東京都で宅建業者としての不動産仲介業務 この3つが主たる業務になります。

長引く コロナのおかげで 貿易事業が全くほとんどできない状況になってきましたが やっと多少 動き出してるような気がします。

ただ中国との貿易が，やってますので まだ中国への渡航のビザが自由でないというのは不便で仕方ないです。

アジアの他の国と中国は ノービザ 渡航を復活させてるみたいですから近いうちにまた 日本とスタートするのではないかと思います。

基本的に言う私のところの貿易は中国から 建築資材を 調達 し日本へ送る業務を行っています。

最近 長いこと あまり 中国語を使っていませんでしたが 突然 また使う機会が増えてきました。

外国の業者といろいろ 取引について話しするの 面白いです。

It will be the tallest skyscraper in Japan at 330 meters, and I feel that it will have more impact than the Tokyo Tower next to it.

In the center of Tokyo’s Minato Ward, skyscrapers, high-rise hotels, and residences are being built for foreigners.
It seems that the business model is all aimed at wealthy people from abroad.

I have decided to change my personal blog to English as well.

Recently, I have been thinking of converting all of my blogs to English, except for a few that are in Japanese.
The days when Japan was considered one of the G7 developed countries are over, and now it is not so different from the developing countries.

I think it would be better for Japan to focus on international English education rather than on Japanese language education.
